Freeze for pkgsrc-2011Q2 starting June 19th, 17:00 UTC

Hi folks,

I'd had hoped to be able to get Minix3 support into 2011Q2, but I
think we've run out of time, and so we're going to go ahead and start
the freeze in preparation for pkgsrc-2011Q2 on Sunday June 19th at
17:00 UTC.

If anyone has cycles, there are still around 60 packages to DESTDIR-ise,
and the bulk builds show between 200-250 packages not building for some
of the more popular NetBSD platforms. If anyone can help out with these,
it would be most appreciated.
