Problems building devel/libsmi

So in my attempt to get wireshark running on my Mac, I finished building gtk,
but now it fails building libsmi (I replaced the full path to pkgsrc by "..." 
below):

gcc -pipe -O2 -o .libs/smiquery smiquery.o shhopt.o  
-L.../pkgsrc/devel/libsmi/work/.buildlink/lib ../lib/.libs/libsmi.dylib 
/usr/bin/ld: can't map file: ../lib/.libs/libsmi.dylib ((os/kern) invalid 
argument)
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Any hints?
