As no one fixed these for 2009Q1, I'm asking permission to remove tar 
definition from tools at least for DragonFly in the branch. I don't want 
to explain over and over again why emacs is broken and why it's building 
in my bulk builds etc.

I'm going to fix packages in HEAD as soon as I've finished other stuff.
