Re: tar usage in pkgsrc

A full bulk build finished ... The packages broken due to different
behavior of tar (probably, I didn't doublecheck all these, but these are
the regressions which give an error about world-writable directories):

cad/geda-examples 1 dmcmahill%NetBSD.org@localhost
cad/pcb dmcmahill%NetBSD.org@localhost
devel/monotone 1 jmmv%NetBSD.org@localhost
editors/emacs 78 markd%NetBSD.org@localhost
editors/emacs-nox11 markd%NetBSD.org@localhost
finance/libofx 2 gary%duzan.org@localhost
games/gcompris reed%reedmedia.net@localhost
mail/dspam pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost

Regressions due to nonstandard -O pax option usage:

devel/sfio pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
games/angband-tty pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
games/angband-x11 pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
games/imaze pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
games/maelstrom-sdl pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
games/maelstrom-x11 pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
games/majesty-demo pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
emulators/hercules-images 1 pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
print/LPRng-doc 1 pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost
sysutils/lsof 2 atatat%NetBSD.org@localhost
sysutils/syslog-ng adrianp%NetBSD.org@localhost
x11/eterm pkgsrc-users%NetBSD.org@localhost

Can we do something for 2009Q1 release?
