I think it would only need CONFLICTS for firefox, if you are changing firefox2 to only install firefox2 binaries... where is the conflict?

Is anyone working on the changes to update firefox2 to 2.0.0.20 + patches from the freebsd port so that it is not vulnerable? Plus we need the entry to flag 2.0.0.19 and lower as vulnerable?

        - Rename www/firefox to www/firefox2 and have it install firefox2
binaries only and add CONFLICTS for firefox<3
        - Update all the everything that currently buildlinks to www/firefox3
to firefox3 in www/firefox if it supports it, or www/firefox2

The intention is to lose www/firefox, so people do not pick it
assuming it is the latest version, instead we will have a firefox3
(pretty much as is now), plus a matching firefox2
