It's your lucky day!
I had already packaged it, but not any packages using it which I could
use for testing.

I didn't go the split-package way as for py-qt3, because I don't see
the big win.

Please commit it if it's working for you!

You need an up-to-date pkgsrc (for latest py-sip).
