PyQt4?

I was going to have a look at the Qt interface to bzr, but it
wants PyQt4, which we don't seem to have in pkgsrc.  I see we
have py-qt3* but no Qt4, not even in wip.  If the older pyqt
packages are any indication, it's a bit complex, and I have
enough on my plate already.

Anyone else want to take a whack at it?  :)
