Just for the record.
Some packages in pkgsrc depending on MesaLib are not exactly require it,
just require OpenGL.
And some platforms supported by pkgsrc have own OpenGL SDK.
Then, I try to create mk/opengl.{buildlink3,builtin}.mk,
but not completed yet.
