kde{,3,4}-dirs

I started looking at splitting the shared directories of kde3-dirs and 
kde4-dirs out into a separate kde-dirs that both include (ala 
gnome{,1,2}-dirs) but on poking at this I'm wondering if there is any 
point -- as all these packages do effectively is add the directories to 
REQD_DIRS they can quite happily coexist as they are.
