What do they provide you? If you want to get all files from ftp.n.o that
can be burned on DVD, just grep all of them and filter out the
remaining few (if any). The file shouldn't be on ftp.n.o in first place
if it is. For uploads it doesn't help that much as you need to read the
data from anyway and compute the transitive glue too.

Well, they should be removed from the Makefile and be put to the
attributes of the corresponding license file. Remember, I was supporting
that move :-) I don't mind keeping them as hints in the package.
I simply don't see the gain from duplicating them in pkg_summary.
