pkgin missing for evbppc/10.0 and other versions

Hi all,

I am following the guide to set up pkgsrc
(https://www.netbsd.org/docs/pkgsrc/using.html). I am using the
Nintendo Wii (evbppc) with NetBSD 10.0.

When installing pkgin using
PKG_PATH="https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/evbppc/10.0/All/";,
it fails with error "pkg_add: no pkg found for 'pkgin', sorry". When
checking the contents of the server, pkgin is indeed not there.

I have checked other versions to see if pkgin is there. It is not in
10.0_2023Q4 or 10.0_2024Q1, but it can be found in the directory of
version 10.0_2023Q3 (see
https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/evbppc/10.0_2023Q3/All/),
and pkg_add pkgin works when using it as PKG_PATH.

I understand that this is not intended and pkgin should actually be in
every version, right?
