AFAIK there must be some prep boards which came with a 83C553 IDE
controller. Also the sandpoint evaluation board X2/X3 got one.

Unfortunately I have none of those. Maybe nisimura@ has a sandpoint
evaluation board and garbled@ had, IIRC, some prep boards.
