No. CHRP features didn't show up in Apple machines until "New World", or
OF version 3 (from Apple). The Beige G3s and earlier machines were, well,
their own thing.
Apple kinda supports CHRP. There are features from the spec present in the
OF 3 machines, but Apple doesn't claim to support CHRP. Probably because
they realized they are a hardware company. :-)
If you are uncertain about this, look at the begining of your Apple ROM
file. It's got forth code in the first 16k or so. :-)
