biosboot is supposed to be used when you setup bootstrap
with gpt biosboot, but I never managed to get that working.
And the flag does not even appear in the sources!

About bootme: let's say you have a GPT in RAID in GPT, and you boot
raid0:/netbsd

The bootme flag is used to select what inner GPT partition is used.
But you can also add labels to the inner GPT partition and use
boot NAME=inner_gpt_label:/netbsd
