VIA C3 Processors

Hello!

    Wikipedia suggests that VIA C3 "Nehemiah" microprocessors have
either a hardware random number generator (C5XL) or AES accelleration
(C5P).  Where present, is NetBSD/i386 able to take advantage of either
of these circuits?
