Looks some memory corruption, but needs more info.
- could you try more recent -current kernel?
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/200810180002Z/cobalt/binary/kernel/
- if it also fails, it's worth to try a kernel with some debug options
(options DIAGNOSTIC, options LOCKDEBUG etc.)
