If you are getting console output then the system *should* be able to
run on the console...

The default /etc/ttys for atari
https://nxr.netbsd.org/xref/src/etc/etc.atari/ttys has gett enabled on
ttye0 & e1 (ite) and E0 E1 (wscons).

Can you boot single user and get a copy of 'dmesg -t' off the system
and post to the list
