I think that the PCIe drivers should be fairly easy to port from
OpenBSD, they have a similar structure to the USB-C one that I imported
recently.
I'm hoping that the rge(4) driver should "just work" once PCIe is there.

I will take a look.
Now is probably a good time to do a full update of the device tree
sources and not try to patch what is currently there.
