These firmware files are not relevant to the pi5.
pi0-3 use bootcode.bin + start.elf + fixup.dat (and variants).
pi4 uses start4.elf + fixup4.dat (and variants), the bootcode.bin
equivalent is in SPI EEPROM.
pi5 has everything in SPI EEPROM (and the GPU stuff is vastly stripped).
The firmware still reads config.txt + cmdline.txt + device tree files (and
optionally other special files).
