NSLU2 kernel build is broken in 10.x

Hi,

If IxNpeMicrocode.dat is added to the arch/arm/xscale directory, the
kernel fails to build. I  last tried this on the latest code a few
days ago. There was no problem on 9.3.
Does anyone know what has changed in the latest tree?

I get many errors like this:

src/sys/arch/evbarm/compile/obj/NSLU2/lib/kern/libkern.a(prop_array.o)
has EABI version 5, but target netbsd has EABI version 0

specific data of file
src/sys/arch/evbarm/compile/obj/NSLU2/lib/kern/libkern.a(prop_array.o)
