raspberrypi-userland on aarch64 (RPI4)?

raspberrypi-userland build is restricted to arm in pkgsrc:

    ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM=      NetBSD-*-*arm*

As per: https://wiki.netbsd.org/ports/evbarm/raspberry_pi/

    The aarch64 kernel can run aarch32 binaries, so one can boot an
    aarch64 kernel on a system with an aarch32 userland.

So, is there any way out to build this on aarch64?
