By "boot loader" I am assuming you mean EFI/BOOT/bootaa64.efi

If so, that's not what I am experiencing.  (I have no EFI/BOOT/bootaa64.efi on the SD card, so it's not being loaded from there.)

Does boot.cfg also have to be in the EFI/BOOT directory alongside bootaa64.efi?
