I'm using

  http://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/jun/raspberry-pi/2018-10-06-earmv6hf/2018-10-06-netbsd-raspi-earmv6hf.img.gz

so I assume it's v1.100, as that is dated 22 September.

(How would I find out? I tried

rpi$ ident /boot/kernel.img 
/boot/kernel.img:
ident warning: no id keywords in /boot/kernel.img
)
