BeagleBoard PocketBeagle support

Hello,
There's a new miniature version of the BeagleBone Black called the
Pocket Beagle[1], as far as NetBSD/evbarm support is concerned, we boot
as-is without change to the OS. However the board is wired around
slightly differently which means at present, it requires a patched
version of u-boot.

I've built a copy of u-boot-2017-09 with the patches supplied[2] and
uploaded them here[3].

To boot NetBSD/evbarm on a PocketBeagle
1) fetch an image and dd to an SD card
2) extract new u-boot to DOS partition on SD card
3) boot board

Serial console on the PocketBoot is available via U0 on the board (TX &
RX pins) along with a GND pin.
