The wiki still says to use 'resize_ffs' followed by 'reboot'.  I recall a discussion indicating the need for 'reboot -n', though.  Is there any clarity on which is correct?  In any case, when I tried this earlier it didn't work either way so I'm confused also.  Can someone confirm the correct set of commands?
