Surprise surprise - it's fixed in -current, I requested pullup.
If you don't want to wait grab xsrc/xfree/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/ xfree86/drivers/wsfb/wsfb_cursor.c from -current and rebuild the wsfb driver. Yay xf86 for assuming that byte endianness implies bit endianness.
