IIfx memory == GVP memory?

Hello,

Does anyone know for certain whether Macintosh IIfx memory, which is 32
bit, 64 pin SIMMs, will work in Amiga GVP accellerators?

I'm bidding on memory on eBay, so if I win, I'll find out for certain. If
it doesn't work, though, is there anyone out there with a IIfx that wants
memory?
