panic: locking against myself in adosfs with 1.4

Hello,

be warned that the 1.4_ALPHA snapshots do panic if you
do directly or indirectly a getcwd() system call inside adosfs.

I think I've seen this reported about 2 weeks ago, but cant find it in my
mbox or the PR database. I've filed a PR for this, including a patch that
Bill Sommerfeld suggested. He is investigating wether a better fix is 
possible, else this will go into later 1.4 snapshots or the release.

Just thought I should warn you.
