A working version from beta4 can be downloaded from
http://home.chiemgau.com/mmoll/kpanel.gz

If you make some (3, I think) links from the new KDE-libs to the old ones it
works (on my system) with KDE 1.0, too.

BTW: A working version of Mozilla can be obtained from
http://www.realtime.net/~khym/netbsd/
