ReadCVMonitor-1.0

I ran ReadCVMonitor-1.0 to extract the graphic modi from my CV64
monitor file into grfmonitors.

- The original file has the 16 and 24 Bit modi commented.
Is there any reason for this?

I modified the file according the the X11 INSTALL instructions. After
that, it looked like this:

- grfcv and grfconfig say (when booting) that the modi 9, 10 and 13
exceed the pixelclock. Probably this is due to the fact, that I set
ADVANCED as tooltype in CGXMode. How can I avoid those warnings
  during booting?

TIA
