ATTN: NetBSD-current users with own config files with DraCO support

Hello,

I just changed the way the DraCo builtin serial is handled.

It used to have its own slightly hacked copy of a (now outdated) com.c, and
attached as:

drcom0 at mainbus0
drcom1 at mainbus0

I implemented machine/bus.h for the Amiga, and made the DraCo multi-io
chip a pseudo bus, resulting in:

drsupio0 at mainbus0
com* at drsupio0

The DRACO and the GENERIC config files have already been modified.

If your own kernel config file contained the former lines, you need the
latter now.

[lpt hasnt been change yet, and fdc needs special handling anyway.]
