Monitor specs for cc set

Hi,

Could someone tell me how to calculate or find the pixel_clock, HBS, HSS,
HSE, HT, VBS, VSS, VSE & VT for a classic NTSC screen resolution (like
640x400x4, 15,72kHz @ 60Hz) ?
I also need formulae for HBE and VBE ;-)

My goal is to provide a similar interface for /dev/grf0 like the one with
grf1-6 and grfconfig (you could choose a mode and change it).
Major rewrite of grfabs_cc.c.
