QEMU on NVMM: some questions

Hi,

Now that the instruction emulator in QEMU is in a better shape, would
it be a good idea to switch over NVMM to it too instead of the assist
provided by libnvmm?

And as a side note, looks like priority handling for TPR 
(VMCS_TPR_THRESHOLD - 0x0000401C) doesn’t seem to be there, would having
it added on the kernel side (and then QEMU) make sense?

+ another one with substantial perf speed-up for SMP guests
is user-mode x2APIC emulation.
