please review py-twisted* and py-ZopeInterface

hi!

i've added packages for version 2 of twisted and the required 
ZopeInterface package.

so can someone please review them?

in particular the following pkglint message disturbes me:
FATAL: ../../lang/python/../../lang/python/pyversion.mk:145: can't read 
${PYPKGSRCDIR}/buildlink3.mk

in my limitted understanding of buildlink3 i thought that buildlink3.mk 
files are not needed for simple python packages (only if 
headerfiles/libs are needed by a depending package).
