Iain Hibbert suggested a couple of refinements that I've worked into
qcad/Makefile.
I also got qcad/partlibrary checked in ... all the files but PLIST I could
commit individually from my own machine (NetBSD with cvs 1.11.17), but the
PLIST file I had to copy over to a Solaris box that had cvs 1.12.9, and
commit from there. weird.
So now to me this package feels pretty much done.
