Request for Review/Import: wip/chipass and wip/fooyin

[gourd753%xenos5.net@localhost]

Hi. I recently posted my first two packages to wip (chipass and fooyin),
and I was advised after getting some review and cleanup privately to
email this list and ask for review and/or import of the packages.

ChiPass is a fork of KeepassXC with a policy against AI code, while
Fooyin is a QT-based music player with an interface I think is pretty
snazzy.

Are there any other steps or customs I should be taking?

Thanks,
Gourd
