NetBSD-11/amd64 (and i386), 4-core 2.8xxGHz 12GB (max 75% tmpfs),
MAKE_JOBS=5 (hw.ncpu+1).

Ctrl-T in the SSH session to the machine shows only one job:

In case it matters, the build is under the control of 'pkg_rolling-replace'.

Takes a couple of days to build webkit-gtk41.
