macOS packages updated to 15.5 SDK.

In order to support newer C and C++ standards required by software that 
pkgsrc is updating to, I've had to bump the compiler and SDK version 
that I build my binary packages against.

If you are using my package repository from:

  https://pkgsrc.smartos.org/install-on-macos/

then head to the "ARM 15.5+ (upgrade)" instructions to switch your 
configs from the 14.5 repository (which will no longer be updated) to 
the new 15.5 repository.

Alternatively if you would rather do this manually then update the 
following files and s/14.5/15.5/:

  /opt/pkg/etc/pkg_install.conf
  /opt/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf

before running:

  $ pkg_add -U pkg_install pkgin
  $ pkgin upgrade

There are still a few packages missing compared to the 14.5 repository, 
at least based on my own requirements, but these will hopefully be made 
available in due course.  If you are interested then the most recent 
bulk build result is here, though due to the recent git forced push the 
commit reporting is incorrect:

  https://reports.pkgci.org/Darwin/15.5/arm64/20261013T130912Z/report.html

The 14.5 repository will no longer be updated, but will remain available 
for archival purposes.
