Python 3.10 has reached its end-of-life. If there's no objection, I would like to remove it. I think I've fixed all packages to build with Python 3.11 or higher (most notably, the removal of "imp" module). We've got five other versions to choose from (not counting 2.7, which should be removed a long time ago).

Kind regards,
Adam
