webkit-gtk41 apparently-infinite build on NetBSD 11

I have a NetBSD 11 (stable from September 29) box, and am building
packages with bob.   It's a used 2019 Dell, with 32 GB of RAM and
  cpu0: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz"
so not the fastest these days but not ancient/slow.

I do have some non-default mk.conf, and almost entirely that should be
orthogonal, except that I am using ccache, which helps vastly with the
repeated not-really-necessary builds that pbulk/bob do.  But, this is
gcc taking forever, which is not plausibly a ccache issue.   And most of
1K packages were fine -- I'm not in general finding local failures that
work for everyone else.

While the build is -j4, I see only 2 processes at the moment (that's not
a bug, depending on make dependencies):

The build overall has been running 12h.
I know a lot of these files are slow, but this is nearly 12h slow, not
the normal kind of webkit maybe tens of minutes slow for one compile.

Is anyone else seeing problems with webkit-gtk41?
