gnupg1/gnupg2: binary change

Hi!

I've just updated gnupg2 to the latest version.

Upstream removed the configure option to install the binaries as
'gpg2' (with a '2' suffix) and I've taken that as a hint to rename the
gnupg (v1) binaries to 'gpg1' (etc.).

So if you're manually calling gpg:

- gpg v1 is now called 'gpg1' (was 'gpg')
- gpg v2 is now called 'gpg'  (was 'gpg2')
