Something like this:

  $ pkg_info -Xa \
    | awk -F= '/^PKGNAME/ {p = $2} /^REQUIRES/ && $2 ~ /pthread|crypto/ {print p}' \
    | uniq

Modify library match to suit.  Note for completeness sake that this 
wouldn't work on e.g. macOS where the system libraries are filtered out 
due to silly Apple reasons.
