I use Hugo and highly recommend it. There are lots of themes available, select one and take it from there.

Another contender is BSSG (https://bssg.dragas.net/) by Stefano Marinelli, who is also a big BSD advocate. It’s written in Shell, so it doesn’t need installation per se.
