lang/mono: No msbuild in PLIST?

I am not familiar with using 'mono'.

pkgsrc version is 6.12.0.199 seems to be the last released version.

I am trying to use it to build wip/dwsim  (uncommitted). I get this
message if I use xbuild:

>>>> xbuild tool is deprecated and will be removed in future updates, use msbuild instead <<<<

But I do not find msbuild in the package - though from the message it
sounds like it should be a part of this version. Was it left out for some
reason?
