removing print/advi

Hi!

I'm planning on removing print/advi. It is a very outdated version of
an ocaml program, that doesn't build in any bulk build I could find.

I took a short look at upgrading it and found that none of the patches
apply cleanly, the build system has changed to ocaml-dune, and it
needs a much newer version of ocaml-graphics (5.x instead of the
pkgsrc 2.x).

In its current state there's no point in keeping it in pkgsrc, and
updating the package will probably be the same effort as making a new
one.
