No, not an official 10.0_RC1. Self-built from sources updated as of
202312262331Z which still report as 10.0_RC1 in uname -r.
As that's the only one of my usual complement of packages that doesn't
build, I'll just update on the netbsd-10 branch and try again (10.0_RC3).
