The issues I was thinking about are PRs 57711 and 57721, fixes for which
were pulled up to netbsd-10 on Nov 28, but did not make it into RC1
(tickets #477 and #478).

So if you have an official 10.0_RC1, it won't have those fixes. If you have
a self build release with netbsd-10 updated on Dec 28 you should have them.
