Just confirming the issue is still present in 116.0.3, and the
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1847738 bug has been
(reasonably from mozilla's perspective) triaged as "not blocking".

I wonder what would be the best way to approach this - bisect firefox
source between 110 and 111 to identify the particular change and patch
around it? Certainly the log lines "cannot access /sys/bus/pci" should
be feasible to track...
