problems with x264

This shows up two times (where else??).

I tried to update VLC and FIREFOX91

Prob:
   Cant install x264-20220601
   Conflicting PLIST with x264-devel-20171217.nb3

whats the best way to get rid of x264-devel* so I can install x264-20220601  ?
