Delete it, i.e. the x264-devel package? :)

To pkgsrc in general, x264 and x264-devel are different packages
(even though in reality they are not), so in hindsight one might
question the wisdom of naming the now old one x264-devel and then
depending on it from other packages.  I don't recall the reason
that was done -- there probably was a seeminglyl valid reason at
the time...
